Sustainability to the Condominium Rochaverá Corporate Towers in São Paulo

Abstract

The subject matter of this article is one of the first buildings to obtain the certificate of sustainability category LEED -Gold in Brazil : the Condominium Rochaverá Corporate Towers , located at the gates of the city of São Paulo - São Paulo. It will study its architectural design , the process of obtaining Gold- CS stamp - issued by the Green Building Council Brazil - and its differentiation in the housing market to the extent that stood out - from its construction - as a reference for new houses buildings offices and also sustainable interior design projects for offices.
