The ground rent specificity in the social construction of the Real Estate product price

This paper is part of the doctoral research (FAUUSP, 2013-2017) that studies the Real Estatevalues in the Luz neighborhood, São Paulo downtown. This process observed from the valuation (late nineteenth century), its decline from the 1940s and the revaluation attempts from the 1980s, now culminating in the possibility of urban renewal. Thus, to better understand the mechanisms of real estate valuation the research seeks the approach to the theory of ground rent in your real estate specificity, noting the value of the distribution processes socially produced and its manifestation in the constitution of the Real Estate product price.
