Abstract

In this doctoral thesis developed at FAUUSP and linked to the research group “Architecture, Process Analysis and Design Digital” (Mackenzie),we analyzed a set of 39 non-constructed projects designed by Vilanova Artigas in Sao Paulo, available at FAUUSP Digital Library. We organize and classify these projects by Formal Types. In this paper we present the analysis of projects with ramps and studio. We adopted diagrammatic drawings of study (graphical analysis) and physical models, using the new technologies of digital fabrication by laser cutting.
