Abstract

This text is constituted as a way to approach the study of Chinantla socioterritorial region of Oaxaca, where from the introduction of municipal services, promoted by the Federal Government as a national development strategy, has created social and environmental damage, no only in this region. Here’s how to evaluate these strategies, since the combination of tools traditionally used in social research, with a new tool for its ability to generate information that allows qualitative and quantitativeidentification of appropriate strategies in social and environmental terms, to promote sustainable de velopment in the region.
