Abstract

The paper presents the background of architectural drawing of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid, from the eighteenth to twentieth century: exam tests students, sent drawings to be censured by the Commission for Architecture, legacies and donations, the purchase made by the institution and works related to the Corporation.
