Abstract

The objective of this paper is to make use urbanism and architecture aschanging tools. The enhancement of public life, the recovery of citizenship and the valorisation of public spaces are the main aspects that should drive the actionsand movements in the city, in addition to that, the necessary clarity of objectives and concerns in maintaining the high quality of life.Through the use of the green network and proposed infrastructure, the goal is to offer a new dimension to the spaces, interaction between nature and city, and the micro and macro scale. This way providing a truly public place, which promotes an authentic marriage and a restoration of citizenship.
