A construção arbitrária do preço do produto imobiliário e a natureza da renda na condominialização da cidade de São Paulo

The Luz region, is a significant case of dispute over the production of space: urban renewal and public-private partnerships (state, building and financial agents). The price of construction (valuation and capitalization) structures the urbanization and is realized as a set of presuppositions that intend to identify the region of Light to others more valued of the city. The resulting real estate product is one that responds to a certain "vocation". Movement of the nature of income whose capitalization is manifested as an increase in the price, shifting from the valuation resulting from the immediate exploitation of the labor force. It results a march that extends relations of production of condominiums closed to the city, conflicts of the private to the public. A "condominialization", tending the generalization of private property and income. A socio-spatial class struggle.
