The practice of drawing and watercolor: is a research method or a pleasant game?

This paper tells the artistic experience and research of the author who develops cognitive and sensory exercises where registration of drawing and watercolor designs function as a tool of analysis of the use and appropriation processes socio-spatial aesthetic pretensions, corresponds to a registered practice within of qualitative research methodology. Thus, the emphasis refers to the practice of drawing (and watercolor) as academic resource which the author uses to explore ways to use, enjoy or suffer the urban environment. It is also encouraging to those who have an appreciation for drawing special use as a tool of inquiry of social relationships where you can exchange the roles between the performer and the subjects involved.
