Abstract

The interview that the doctoral student Elisa Bernardo held with Prof. Pedro Antônio Janeiro configures one of the consequences of the “2nd International Seminar Representation - Brazil 2013”, held in São Paulo in August 2013. The Text flows from the central theme of the importance of the project and its representations in architectural education by talking about what is (or should be) architecture. Clearly the concern of Pedro Janeiro is with students and the relationship they establish with the design and through design, with reality and how the project is presented in the mediation between the “inhabitant” and the “cabin”.
